We ship within the United States.

Printing time

Every order is printed after you place it. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery time

Once printed, orders usually ship by USPS or UPS Ground, though another standard ground carrier, such as DHL, is sometimes used. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days of the ship date. You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.

Ordering for an event

We can't guarantee delivery by a specific date and don't offer expedited shipping, so please order with plenty of time before your event. If you need your order by a certain date, email us at [email protected] before you order and we'll help however we can.

Addresses and carrier delays

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If a package is late or lost, email us and we'll help you with the carrier.
