Questions about a design, sizing, or an order for your party? Send us a message below and we'll get back to you.

Need your shirts by a certain date? Please reach out before you order. Every order prints in 2 to 5 business days and then ships, usually arriving 3 to 5 business days later, and we can't add expedited shipping once an order is placed. Tell us your event date and we'll let you know if the timing works.

You can also email us at [email protected].

Before you write, you might find your answer in the shirt details (fabric, fit and custom names) or in shipping and timing. Ready to shop? Browse all our birthday family shirts.
