Ordering
How do I order shirts for the whole family?
Add one shirt to your cart, then change the name, color and size and add the next. Every shirt in an order can be different, and all apparel in your cart counts toward the family order savings, which come off automatically.
Can I put a name that isn't in the menu?
Yes. Choose Custom family name and type the title you want, like Great Grandma, Auntie Bee or a nickname only your family uses.
We need 25 shirts or more. Can you help?
Yes. Send a request with the design and how many shirts you need, and we will reply with a special discount for big groups, teams and reunions.
Sizing and fit
What size shirt does a 1-year-old wear?
Most one-year-olds wear a 12 or 18 month baby tee or bodysuit. Measure a shirt that fits well today and compare it with the size chart, which is the last photo on every shirt.
How do the adult shirts fit?
The adult tees are a relaxed unisex fit from XS to 4X. Many women size down for a closer fit and many men size up for room. The shirt details cover fabric and fit.
Can I exchange a shirt if the size is wrong?
Every shirt is printed just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges for size. Check the size chart before you order, and if someone is between sizes, choose the bigger one.
Timing
How long until my shirts arrive?
Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then standard ground shipping usually takes 3 to 5 more, so plan on about two weeks. The delivery estimate on each shirt shows the dates.
My party is soon. Can you rush my order?
We can't add expedited shipping once an order is placed. Need them by a certain date? Send a request before you order and we'll try to help.
Colors and design
What colors do the shirts come in?
Every design comes on white or black, and you can mix colors in one order, for example white for the birthday child and black for the grown-ups. See shirt colors for how each looks.
Where are the designs made?
Every design is drawn in-house by our team in Pennsylvania and printed in the USA with water-based inks.
