The pink balloon design
The star of this design is a soft blush balloon, painted in watercolor with a little highlight, sitting where the O of ONE would be. The NE beside it sparkles in gold glitter, "derful" trails underneath in a loose blush script, and a tiny bunch of pink blossoms hangs from the balloon's string. Above it all, "little miss" curves in small dark letters.
The birthday girl's version ends with an exclamation point, so hers reads little miss ONE derful! Everyone else's adds an apostrophe and their name, so Mom's shirt reads ONE derful's above MOMMY and her big brother's reads ONE derful's above BROTHER. It is gentle and pretty, and the gold keeps it from being too sweet.

Pick two or three shades from the shirts, blush pink, cream and a touch of gold, and build a balloon arch or a cluster of oversized balloons behind the cake table.
