The chocolate donut Two Sweet design
The word TWO is set in tall sky blue capitals with a thin outline, the kind of collegiate letters you might see on a varsity jacket. The O is replaced by a chocolate frosted donut with rainbow sprinkles and a sweet little face, with dot eyes, rosy cheeks and a smile. Under it, sweet is written in a pale blue handwritten script, and the whole thing is surrounded by tiny sprinkles in blue, pink and yellow that look like they were tossed in the air.
On the birthday boy's shirt, those are the only words. Family shirts frame that art with a title above it in the same blue capitals and a small gray OF THE, and Birthday Baby in gray script below. So Daddy's shirt reads DADDY OF THE TWO sweet Birthday Baby.
Donuts are one of the most popular second birthday themes, thanks to the easy two sweet pun and the fact that toddlers love them. The blue makes this version a natural choice for boys, while the colorful sprinkles keep it fun.

Planning a chocolate donut party
A donut party is simple and very cheerful. Use the shirt colors as your guide: sky blue, white and chocolate brown, with confetti sprinkles in blue, pink and yellow. A balloon garland in light blue and white with a few giant donut balloons looks great behind the cake table, and a donut wall with pegs full of real donuts doubles as dessert and decor. Hang a sign in blue letters that says Two Sweet near the entrance to welcome guests.
For food, set out a donut tower or a big platter of chocolate glazed donuts, plus a smash cake shaped like a donut for the birthday boy. Sprinkle cupcakes, milk in little bottles with striped straws, mini pancakes and fruit cups round out the menu for the toddler crowd.
Activities are easy too. A decorate-your-own donut station with frosting and sprinkles keeps kids busy, and a donut on a string game makes everyone laugh. Toddlers can play in a ball pit with brown, blue and white balls or toss bean bags through a giant cardboard donut.
For favors, a single donut in a clear bag with a blue ribbon, or a small jar of rainbow sprinkles with a Thanks for coming tag, is easy to make.
Photos and keepsakes
A family picture in front of the donut wall, with everyone in their shirts and the birthday boy holding a donut in each hand, is the one most families frame. Try a second shot of just the kids sitting in a row with sprinkle-covered donuts, and a close-up of the birthday boy taking his first bite. Plenty of parents keep his toddler tee afterward as a keepsake from his second year.
Some families also print a few extra toddler tees for cousins who live far away, so they can wear them on a video call and still be part of the matching family photo. The donut art reads clearly on a phone screen thanks to the big blue letters.
If the party is in the morning, a donut shop visit beforehand, with everyone wearing their shirts, can turn into a fun little photo session and a sweet start to the day.
Styling the donut outfits
Grown-ups can pair their donut tees with jeans or khaki shorts and sneakers. For the birthday boy, the toddler tee looks great with navy joggers or denim shorts and a little ball cap. Big sisters can add pink bows to match the sprinkles, and babies look sweet in the bodysuit with soft blue pants.
Donut shirt sizing
Every donut listing ends with an inch size chart. Adult tees have an easy, unisex fit, so most people stay with their everyday size. For him, 2T or 3T is typical at two, and our baby bodysuits leave a bit of room, so measuring first helps.
